Tellurium Dioxide is a solid oxide of tellurium, which is pure white color with purity of 99.99%. 99.9% Tellurium Dioxide is little yellowish powder compared with 99.99% Tellurium Dioxide due to the higher content of heavy metals content. High purity 99.99% Tellurium Dioxide with low heavy metal contents and non existing acid ions, so that it does not corrode metals and can increase product durability.

Tellurium powder is gray fine powder made by technologies of vacuum ball milling with low oxygen content and high quality. Tellurium powder is insoluble in water, benzene and carbon disulfide, but it is soluble in alkali, concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid.
